Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our corporate float nursing team. The role travels to Ebenezer Assisted Living communities to provide RN services and support, acting as a flexible on-call/casual resource.

The position supports multiple shifts, including Day, Evening and Overnight (NOC), with a minimum commitment of three shifts per month (two weekend shifts) and one holiday per year. The role requires nursing licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Assisted Living as a Staff Nurse.
• RN Licensure/Registered with MN Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications include AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) or BLS Provider, or ARC CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Coordinates resident health services with staff and external providers.
• Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration.
• Ensures care plans and service agreements are up-to-date and followed.

Education

RN Licensure/Registered with MN Board of Nursing

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
