Clinical Resource Group - Northeast Region is seeking Float Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role offers $46/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for both full-time and part-time positions, and travel across multiple facilities in the Fort Wayne area.

This CRG Float Pool provides a flexible schedule, guaranteed monthly assignments, and opportunities to work at various locations within the Ft. Wayne region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum of 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
• Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles).
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support teams with staffing needs.
• Deliver high-quality resident care.
• Document and communicate changes.
