Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Registered Nurse with an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across multiple departments.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients with Interdisciplinary Team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Identify available hospital resources.
• Serve as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrate leadership within the unit or department.
