Goodwin Living in Alexandria, VA, seeks a dedicated nurse to deliver resident/patient care using the nursing process. The role may float across Health Care Center, Assisted Living, and Clinic, supporting multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, planning care, and coordinating with clinicians to arrange clinic visits. Requires Virginia licensure (RN/LPN) and CPR, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
• Must have current licensure in Virginia or compact state.
• Valid CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents/patients across physical, psychological and social dimensions.
• Develop and implement care plans using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely clinic visits and treatments.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
