Formación

• Graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
• Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications, assesses residents, and coordinates care for assigned households.
• Documents nursing interventions, resident responses, and communicates with physicians and Health Team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners to ensure quality of care.
• Develops short- and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.
