Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Float RN for the Evansville area within our Clinical Resource Group. You will float across multiple facilities, delivering high-quality resident care and supporting staffing needs with a flexible schedule (FT/PT/PRN).

The role requires an Indiana RN license with LTC experience and a willingness to travel within ~50 miles. We offer benefits and opportunities across facilities in the CRG pool.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana (or eligible in Indiana) and LTC nursing home experience.
• Ability to travel locally within ~50 miles to facilities.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability to varying ER/med-surg needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across multiple facilities in Evansville area.
• Support teams with staffing needs and patient care delivery.
• Document changes and communicate care plans to residents and families.
