Job description

Float Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) - $24/Hour in Valparaiso, IN (Healthcare)

This position involves traveling to our American Senior Communities facilities in Valparaiso, IN and surrounding areas.

Join our Clinical Resource Group Float Pool and enjoy the following advantages:

  1. PRN schedule available, with 6 dates per month (4 during weekdays and 2 on weekends).
  2. Experience the variety of working in an agency setting while maintaining the stability of employment with one company.
  3. Work at multiple American Senior Communities facilities in your area.
  4. Enjoy a consistent and guaranteed monthly schedule.

Your role and impact at American Senior Communities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding.
  • Make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by providing compassionate care.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, colleagues, and staff.
  • Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification with a rate of $24/hour.
