Job summary

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, seeks a Float Physical Therapist to cover Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House clinics. You will create individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused therapy across a variety of settings.

New grads are welcome, with structured onboarding, mentorship programs, and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across multiple clinics in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy.
• Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team environment.
• Build connections with patients and local providers.
• Grow through Upstream’s education and development programs.
