Job summary

Results Physiotherapy (Ascension - Saint Thomas), part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family, is seeking Float Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis. You will gain exposure across multiple clinics with strong mentorship and a clear path to professional growth.

Competitive pay ($80,000–$95,000+ per year), sign-on bonus up to $15,000, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular float coverage across multiple clinic locations in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House areas.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.

Qualifications

Schedule Options

• Full Time (30-40 hours) - preferred
