Upstream Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to support outpatient orthopedic care across Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House locations. The role offers full time, part time, and PRN options with mentorship and strong growth opportunities.

You will develop individualized plans, deliver high-quality therapy, and collaborate within a supportive team focused on patient outcomes and community impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Ability to work Full Time, Part Time, or PRN schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular float coverage across multiple clinic locations in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House areas.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment.

• Continue learning and growing through Upstream's education and development programs.
