Results Physiotherapy in Tennessee is seeking a Float Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care across Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House. You’ll provide care in a dynamic, multi-clinic setting with mentorship and a clear path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across multiple clinic locations in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and White House.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Collaborate with peers in a supportive team environment.
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers.
• Continue learning through Upstream’s education and development programs
