Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, part of Ascension - Saint Thomas and Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Float Physical Therapist to cover 2-3 clinics in Dickson, Fairview, and nearby areas. This outpatient orthopedic role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and mentorship.

You will develop evidence-based care plans, deliver high-quality therapy, and collaborate with a team committed to patient outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across 2-3 clinics in Dickson, Fairview, and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
