Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to float amongst our Day Institute locations in the St. Louis area. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and requires MO and IL licensure due to our O'Fallon, IL location.

We operate across ten centers in the St. Louis metro area, delivering outpatient rehabilitation for neurological and medically complex patients with a multidisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and outpatient policies.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.

Education
