Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to rotate across Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient within a large Northwest Georgia system. The role offers a 6-month mentorship and opportunities to develop a diverse skillset in high-acuity and neuro-heavy settings.

New grads and experienced PTs are welcome; base pay is around $85K with growth based on experience. A sign-on bonus of $8,000, relocation assistance, and a clinical ladder program are included, with PSLF eligibility

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, licensed or license-eligible in Georgia
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, and Outpatient
• Participate in a structured mentorship with weekly check-ins
• Engage in shadowing on complex cases within the first three months
• Advance through Clinical Ladder after a year with pay increases tied to specialty hours
• Utilize $1,500/year CEU budget to support ongoing education
