Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Arkansas RN license with BLS, and ACLS and NIHSS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS and NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
• BSN and 2+ years of critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver competent, compassionate care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Serve as a resource to staff by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
