Qualifications

• Administers medications and monitors for side effects per standards.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Collaborates with care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safety practices.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record and participates in quality initiatives.
