Job summary

Baystate Health in Western Massachusetts is launching a Float Pool RN program (BHSOT). Float Pool RNs may join a Facility Float or System-Wide Float, gaining broad clinical exposure across multiple units and facilities within the Baystate Health system.

Qualified candidates hold a MA RN license with at least 2 years of inpatient experience and can adapt to varying patient populations and care settings. Compensation includes applicable differentials and benefits eligibility based on FTE and

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2 years inpatient RN experience.
• Ability to work across all clinical groupings and units.
• Comfort adapting to multiple units and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
• Adapt quickly to different units, workflows, and patient populations.
• Collaborate with diverse nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
• Apply clinical expertise across designated care settings.
• Support staffing needs while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
