Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for a patient-centered role. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and reassess care for diverse patient populations in accordance with state practice acts.

The position requires Colorado RN licensure (or multistate), a nursing diploma (BSN desirable), and current BCLS/ACLS certifications, with 2+ years of acute-care experience. Floating to units within Mountain Ridge is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado, or multistate license.
• Nursing diploma from an accredited school of nursing, BSN desirable.
• Current AHA or ARC BCLS and ACLS Certification for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required.
• Two or more years of RN experience in an acute setting.
• No travel required, floating to units within HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge only.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process – assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment – for the identified patient population per the Colorado Nurse Practice Act.
• Documents patient care administered.
• Promotes interdisciplinary communication and care.
• The delivery of care is based on age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs.
