Medical City Plano is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool MS PCU. The RN will plan and deliver goal-directed nursing care, advocating for patients and families, while coordinating care with an autonomous, evidence-based practice approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in acute care; PCU experience preferred
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Texas or compact
• Associate Degree; BSN required within 24 months of hire

• Plan and provide goal directed nursing care that promotes the health, safety and rights of the patient, family and community
• Nurse is accountable for practice and care coordination and should practice autonomously using evidence-based practices
