Jefferson Health is seeking a registered nurse for the MED SURG TELE unit in the Northern region. The qualified candidate will provide patient- and family-centered care, develop and implement comprehensive nursing plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include education for patients and families, adherence to evidence-based practices, and meticulous documentation. This role requires flexibility to float and work night shifts within the region.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 4 years RN experience in acute care MED SURG TEL.
• Must be able to float to all units in the Northern region.
• Demonstrates patient- and family-centered care and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff in a manner consistent with Jefferson Health values.
• Implements evidence-based practice and clinical expertise in care delivery.
• Educates patients and designated care partners on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Uses health IT to communicate and document care and improve safety and quality.
