Job summary

Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient teams. You will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, BCLS certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience. You will float among med/surg units as needed, with shifts and schedules offered to fit staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current CT RN license required for practice.
• BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care according to ANA standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
