Responsibilities

• Float to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, or Subacute units as assigned.
• Perform dressing changes, IV starts, and catheter insertions.
• Document patient assessments and treatments in EMR.
• Coordinate care and educate patients and families.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards.
