Job summary

Pine Point Center in Dover, NH seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care across our skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care units. You will float between units based on resident acuity and census, performing assessments and administering medications.

You’ll update care plans within an interdisciplinary team, mentor CNAs and LPNs, uphold infection control and safety standards, respond to changes in condition, and ensure thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to float across units and adapt to acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Float between units based on resident acuity and census.
• Perform assessments and administer medications and treatments.
• Update individualized care plans within the interdisciplinary team.
