Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington state (or multi-state license) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC/NRP as required by department.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and health care staff, and advocate for holistic care.
