Job summary

Valleywise Health is seeking an Internal Resource Pool Registered Nurse who floats between two departments within two service lines, delivering professional, age-specific care in collaboration with physicians and the care team. You will assess patients, administer medications, plan and document care, and act as a patient advocate in a diverse health system.

Requires at least 2 years of acute care RN experience and an AZ RN license (or compact).

Qualifications

• Must have a current AZ RN license or compact license in good standing with the Board.
• Two (2) years of acute care RN experience required.
• Ability to float to at least two departments within two service lines.

Responsibilities

• Float between two departments within two service lines providing age-appropriate nursing care.
• Perform patient assessment, medications administration, and plans of care.
• Document thoroughly and collaborate with physicians and other disciplines.
