Job summary

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH seeks a PRN Float Pool Patient Care Technician to support Registered Nurses with hands-on patient care, vital signs, mobility assistance and activities of daily living, helping create a safe, welcoming environment.

You will work a minimum of one 12-hour shift per pay period, 7:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00, with eligible benefits including comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer match, tuition assistance, and

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) credential
• High School Graduate/GED required
• New Hampshire LNA license required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery
• Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
• Keeping patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality
