Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as delegated by the RN.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, elimination, toileting, nutrition, feeding and hydration, ambulation and positioning.
• Conduct regular patient rounds to support safety and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the caregiving team.
