Job summary

Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, NE, seeks an RN to join the Float Pool. This role involves working in multiple departments under general supervision to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, document nursing records, advocate for patients, and administer medications per orders. BLS and RN licensure in Nebraska are required; an Associate Degree in Nursing is required, with Bachelor's preferred.

Seeking a talented RN to join our team in the Float Pool. Float Pool nurses may work in various departments. This position works under general supervision while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care required to meet the needs of the patient.

Job Duties

Position Requirements

• EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred).


• EXPERIENCE: Previous clinical experience in specific clinical unit preferred.


• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: BLS certification required.


• Current registered nursing (RN) license or Temporary permit from the State of NE required.
