Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a part-time Float Pool Nurse for the Critical Care unit. The role involves a 6-week rotating schedule totaling 60 hours, with flexible shifts to support patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a Critical Care/ICU setting.

What you will need

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a BSN degree. MSN preferred.

Pay

Pay Range: $47.78 - 58.05

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
