Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona.
• American Heart Association certifications (BLS and ACLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective nursing care to acutely ill adult patients.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities and develop care plans.
• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and document promptly.
• Collaborate with social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging.
