Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery to rotate across three hospitals in our Michigan system. The role offers a flexible schedule that includes every other weekend and designated holidays, with redeployment up to one hour before shifts based on patient needs.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred) or graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent Labor & Delivery/LDRP experience.
• Ability to float across multiple units within the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality, compassionate patient care delivery across multiple acute care settings.
• Apply the nursing process to assess needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Delegate and supervise nursing care while ensuring patient safety and quality standards.
• Provide comprehensive patient and family education and documentation of care.
