Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool. You will work across multiple Monarch communities in Minnesota, picking shifts based on facility needs and ensuring resident-centered care.

Flexible full-time and on-call opportunities are available, with benefits eligibility and mileage reimbursement for travel. You will oversee activities of daily living, support mobility and safety, and report changes to the supervising nurse, while

Qualifications

Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort
Providing basic restorative and nursing care services
Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
Maintaining accurate documentation as required
Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
