Genesiscareers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our regional float pool across affiliated skilled nursing centers. The role offers flexible shifts, including a minimum of two shifts per week and potential full-time hours based on open shifts.

As a Regional Float CNA, you will provide essential nursing care, support patient comfort, and contribute to positive outcomes while maintaining high patient/family satisfaction. English proficiency and CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for patients' personal needs and comfort.
• Float CNA duties across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers; work a minimum of two shifts per week or full-time hours depending on open shifts.

Responsibilities

We have Certified Nursing Assistant -- CNA float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts.

As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
