Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking clinicians to practice relationship-based medicine in autonomous roles across multiple sites in the United States. You will provide holistic care, including prevention and chronic disease management, while utilizing UpToDate and RubiconMD to support clinical decision making.

Active medical license with ANCC/AANP or NCCPA certification is required, with CPR/BLS on start date. DEA number is preferred for prescribing capabilities, and shifts may vary with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active license and ANCC/AANP board certification required.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Independent family practice experience including wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Active license & NCCPA board certification required for Physician Associate.
• Independent practice provider preferred per state regulation for Physician Associate.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for prescribing for Physician Associate.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date for Physician Associate.
