Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a clinician to practice relationship-based medicine in a patient-first environment in Richmond, VA. You will provide holistic care focusing on prevention, chronic disease management and health education, while maintaining autonomy within state regulations.

The role requires active licensure and board certification, with DEA and NCCPA credentials as applicable for the PA track, and CPR/BLS at start. Independent practice and Full Practice Authority are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active license and board certification in ANCC or AANP required.
• Independent practice provider preferred where allowed by state regulation.
• DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Independent family practice experience including wellness, chronic care, and urgent visits preferred.
• NCCPA certification required for Physician Associate.
• Full Practice Authority preferred where applicable by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-based medicine and wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education.
• Practice autonomously with a patient-first approach.
• Utilize UpToDate and RubiconMD to support clinical decisions.
• Deliver routine wellness care, chronic disease management and urgent visit services as permitted by licensure.
