Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Float Physical Therapist for a nonprofit Huntsville hospital, rotating across acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings to cover census bumps, leaves and vacations. Acute care includes stroke, neuro, ortho and general medical; inpatient rehab handles medical debility with 60–90 minute sessions for 4–5 patients per day; outpatient has General, Sports and Neuro teams.

A mentorship program supports new grads and clinicians transitioning from other settings.

Competenze

• DPT required.
• Alabama PT license or license eligibility.
• New grads welcome; open to PTs from other settings.
• Comfortable working across multiple settings.
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Rotate across acute care, inpatient rehab and outpatient settings.
• Cover census bumps, leaves and vacations for the hospital.
