• Credentialing and privileging required based on area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care and evaluates literature for medication therapy regimens.
• Designs, recommends, and evaluates patient-specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens.
• Prepares and dispenses medications in accordance with regulations.
