Meijer in Urbana, IL is hiring a Float Pharmacist to serve our community across the Urbana stores. You will fill prescriptions accurately, educate patients, mentor technicians, and uphold patient care while supporting operations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed and registered in Illinois.
• Doctorate of Pharmacy or BS degree required.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist or eligible to obtain certification.
• Retail/Community practice experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Mentor and guide pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
• Oversee operations in the pharmacist-in-charge absence.
• Provide immunizations and clinical services where allowed.
