You will fill prescriptions safely, educate patients, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while maintaining strong patient relationships. Licensed in Illinois with a Doctorate or BS in Pharmacy, you will participate in immunizations, oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented work

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois (IL)
• Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana) Retail/Community Practice
• Working knowledge of pharmacy policies, procedures and state/federal regulations

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Hold technicians accountable while mentoring growth and performance.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Perform clinical services such as immunizations where allowed.
