Selected candidates will undergo a 4-8 week onboarding and education program, including rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Upon completion, candidates will receive certification to demonstrate their skills for the Retail Personal Banker role. The Personal Banker I position focuses on using the consultative sales process to identify and meet customers' financial needs, aiming to acquire new households and deepen existing relationships through activities like lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting. This role involves processing teller transactions and working as part of the platform staff.
Responsible for risk management by following policies, elevating concerns, and acting ethically to ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires identifying, assessing, and managing risks within the bank's risk appetite.
