Float Per Diem Physical Therapist East DFW
Location: Various clinics on the East side of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including but not limited to Dallas, Mesquite, Plano, and surrounding areas.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Float Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team, providing coverage across multiple clinics on the East side of the DFW area. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, adapt to various clinical environments, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Travel to various clinic locations as needed to provide coverage and support.
Qualifications:
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations within the East DFW area.
