Job summary

iCare Health Network seeks an experienced Float Painter to complete painting projects across our nursing homes. The role can be full-time or for summer projects, offering flexibility in scheduling.

You will perform painting tasks, coordinate with the Regional Manager of Environmental Services and Administrators, and ensure timely, high-quality work. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance plus PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of painting experience in professional, residential or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of painting tools, their cleanliness and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve a professional result.

• Completes various painting projects throughout all iCare nursing homes.

• Ensures that all work is completed timely and professionally.

• Works closely with the Regional Manager of Environmental Services and Administrators to manage painting projects, including ordering supplies and equipment and planning for future projects.

• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude towards management, residents, employees, and visitors.
