Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time float role in primary care clinics located in Logan Heights and central San Diego. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
• Experience with underserved or low-income groups preferred.
• Must keep medical license and certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical services to diverse patients.
• Perform routine exams, procedures, and screenings.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging.
• Supervise and mentor Advance Practice Providers.
• Complete documentation per departmental standards.
