Job summary
Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Float Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in North Charleston, SC. You will provide primary medical direction and coordinate professional care within the occupational health program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related health field.
- State licensure in jurisdiction.
- Graduate of PA or NP program from an accredited university.
- Board Certification.
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but training provided for qualified candidates.
- FMCSA NRCME is required prior to start date; CME provided if not certified.
- DEA license required prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Examines patient and compiles medical data.
- Orders diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
- Interprets test results and manages overall patient care.
- Performs procedures (injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care).
- Counsels patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Develops patient management plans and documents progress.
