EYEcenter Optometric, part of VSP Ventures, seeks a Full-time Float Optometrist to join a modern, multi-location practice serving the Sacramento area. You will provide comprehensive eye care using advanced diagnostics and collaborate with a skilled team across Citrus Heights, Folsom, Rocklin, and surrounding locations.

Open to new grads and experienced ODs, this role offers competitive benefits including medical, PTO, production bonus, malpractice coverage, CE allowance, and relocation stipend.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and OD licensure with TPA certificate.
• 1-3 years of clinical practice; new grads welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong business aptitude and patient-service focus.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art clinic serving the diverse Sacramento area.
• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and conditions.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic technology: retinal cameras, OCT, visual fields, automated refracting systems.
• Collaborate with a highly trained team in a multi-location setting.
• Full-time position with 40 hours weekly; two 8-hour days in Rocklin and floating to other locations.
