Northeast Arc-Clinical Services in the North Shore region is seeking qualified RN or LPN nurses for full, part-time, and per diem shifts across Danvers and surrounding towns. Nurses provide 1-on-1 in homes, schools, or community settings, delivering continuous care and skilled nursing services to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($57.68/$59.68/$61.68 for RN and $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 for LPN), a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive team

• Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
• Pay Rates: Our pay rates vary based on differentials.

• LPN: $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour

Qualifications

• Licensure: Nurses must hold a valid RN/LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.
