Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced RN to float into the NICU. This 40-hour-per-week position requires day shifts and is staffed to support critical neonatal care, with a focus on flexibility and team-based patient management.

The ideal candidate will hold a California RN license, be BLS certified, and have or be willing to obtain NRP within 6 months. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and other benefits include relocation support, tuition assistance, and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE or IEP Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• RN license to work in California required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers by AHA required
• NRP certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, high-quality patient care in the NICU pool at Community Regional while relieving other licensed RNs during break/meal periods.
