Job summary

Revo/ i-Health in Minnesota is hiring a part-time MRI Technologist to perform quality MRI images per physician's orders, primarily covering Edina and Eden Prairie locations, with potential Burnsville coverage. Shifts include mornings and some evenings, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM or 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM, plus one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT or ARMRIT approved program.
• ARRT Certification Magnetic Resonance, ARMRIT Certified, or a minimum of 1 year of full time experience in an MRI department required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in close proximity to superconducting magnet on designated portions of the body for physicians' use in diagnosing and treating illness or injury.
• Inform and prepare patients for procedures including researching implanted devices.
• Maintain patient files, including internal and external films.
• Prepare, clean and stock work area with supplies.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintains the necessary precautions for excessive radiofrequency exposure.
• May include IV contrast administration as needed.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
