Chippewa Family Medicine, part of Community Health Care Inc., seeks a dedicated Float Medical Assistant (CMA/MA), STNA, Phlebotomist, or LPN to provide high-quality patient care across several office locations, with the primary assignment in Doylestown, OH.

The role supports patient assessments, clinical procedures, triage, and room maintenance in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical staff with CMA/MA/STNA or Phlebotomist background.
• Strong knowledge of medical office procedures required to use critical thinking.
• Excellent communication with adults and children; ability to manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Complete patient assessments and documentations (vital signs, history, medications, chief complaint).
• Perform procedures (injections, EKGs, urinalysis, ear irrigation, breathing treatments).
• Engage in patient follow-up and phone triage.
• Assist in office procedures as needed.
• Maintain examination rooms.

Chippewa Family Medicine is currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Float Medical Assistant (CMA/MA), STNA, Phlebotomist, or LPN who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments and all associated documentation, including but not limited to obtaining vital signs, verifying patient history and medications, and acquiring the chief complaint
• Perform various patient procedures including but not limited to injections, EKG’s, urinalysis, ear irrigations, and breathing treatments
• Engage in effective patient follow-up and phone triage
• Assist in office procedures when necessary
• Maintains examination rooms

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant, LPN, STNA, or Phlebotomist
• Encompass a strong knowledge of medical office procedures required to use critical thinking skills
• Effectively communicates with adults and children in manner consistent with their understanding
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive teamwork approach
