Responsibilities include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Must be detail-oriented, able to manage a busy pace, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Active CMA certification in California is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians, nurses, and other medical staff with administrative and clinical duties under physician supervision.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms, record patient medical history, and sterilize equipment.
